KEATON PAVIER, PE, CEM | Senior Energy Engineer

Keaton began his career with our affiliate company, Recurrent Innovative Solutions, in 2017. Keaton’s focus is on assisting with the engineering and development of solar projects. He lends his Professional Engineering experience through engineering and modelling feasible, financially attractive solar projects, and is also responsible for working with our clients to benchmark their current energy use and deliver cost effective solutions to meet their energy conservation or energy generation goals.

Keaton is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Maryland, College Park.

RYAN FAUQUIER | Director, Building Automation Services

Ryan began his career with our affiliate company, Recurrent Innovative Solutions, LLC, in December 2012 as a Research Analysis and Applications Engineer. In 2015, Ryan was promoted to lead the Automation and Controls group as the Director of Building Automation Systems (BAS). In this role Ryan leads the day to day and future goals of these departments, including the design and implementation of new and retrofitted systems. He also oversees a remote operations center that provides clients with 24/7 remote support and monitoring of their facilities.

Prior to joining Recurrent, Ryan work at Parabel, Incorporated (Formally PetroAlgae) developing commercial scale bioreactors and controls systems for next generation biofuels and protein/feed supplements. In addition to the systems development, Ryan was deployed to provide on-site construction and start-up supervision of all test sites located in South America and Asia.

Ryan currently holds a Niagara AX&N4 certification and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida.
