KYLE WILLIAMS | Energy Sales Executive
Kyle began his career with our affiliate company, Recurrent Innovative Solutions, in November of 2020. He brings with him over 12 years of experience working in the energy industry. Throughout his career, Kyle has held titles of Electrical Estimator, Energy Auditor, Sales Manager, Senior Account Executive, Vice President of Sales, and Energy Sales Executive, his current role with the company.
Kyle worked as a Senior Account Executive for CLEAResult, where he helped implement various commercial and industrial energy savings programs (C&I programs) across multiple jurisdictions for various regulated utility companies. He has worked with key stakeholders, elected officials, and policy makers to plan and implement multi-million-dollar state mandated C&I programs throughout the USA. Kyle proposed and developed one of the first C-PACE solar projects in Maryland, which at the time was the 2nd largest in MD C-PACE history. While responsible for sales at Visual Electric, Kyle’s volume of projects and KWH savings earned his company the title of number one Trade Ally for the PEPCO Small Business Program. Kyle’s focus is emerging markets within the energy industry as well as renewable energy (solar PV systems), microgrids, EV charging / infrastructure, and deep energy retrofits. Kyle’s wealth of knowledge and expertise helps our clients build a more sustainable and energy efficient future through the development and implementation of energy efficient measures and practices.
KEATON PAVIER, PE, CEM | Senior Energy Engineer
Keaton began his career with our affiliate company, Recurrent Innovative Solutions, in 2017. Keaton’s focus is on assisting with the engineering and development of solar projects. He lends his Professional Engineering experience through engineering and modelling feasible, financially attractive solar projects, and is also responsible for working with our clients to benchmark their current energy use and deliver cost effective solutions to meet their energy conservation or energy generation goals.
Keaton is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Maryland, College Park.
RYAN FAUQUIER | Director, Building Automation Services
Ryan began his career with our affiliate company, Recurrent Innovative Solutions, LLC, in December 2012 as a Research Analysis and Applications Engineer. In 2015, Ryan was promoted to lead the Automation and Controls group as the Director of Building Automation Systems (BAS). In this role Ryan leads the day to day and future goals of these departments, including the design and implementation of new and retrofitted systems. He also oversees a remote operations center that provides clients with 24/7 remote support and monitoring of their facilities.
Prior to joining Recurrent, Ryan work at Parabel, Incorporated (Formally PetroAlgae) developing commercial scale bioreactors and controls systems for next generation biofuels and protein/feed supplements. In addition to the systems development, Ryan was deployed to provide on-site construction and start-up supervision of all test sites located in South America and Asia.
Ryan currently holds a Niagara AX&N4 certification and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida.
KEITH DERRINGTON | Advisor
As the former CEO of Recurrent Innovative Solutions, Keith Derrington led the company’s successful delivery of cash flow positive energy solutions financed through Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE), Green Bank, utility incentive programs and other innovative funding mechanisms. Keith will continue to serve the company in an advisory role, providing valuable insight and assistance with the Company’s varying initiatives and projects.
Prior to his affiliation with Recurrent Innovative Solutions, Keith successfully led the sales, deal structuring, financing, development, construction and operational management for $2 billion in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects under the Department of Energy’s Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) Program, as well as for the commercial sector in the U.S. and Europe. He has developed large scale biomass, biogas, gasifier, landfill methane, solar, CHP, waste heat recovery, energy storage and microgrid projects with power purchase agreements (PPA) and ESPC deal structures.
Keith is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
