For more than 20 years our companies have been merging sound real estate operating & financial practices with cutting edge building technologies in the DC Metro area. Our affiliate company, Recurrent Innovative Solutions, LLC, was established in January 2013 as an independent offshoot of its parent commercial real estate company, in response to the demand for more robust engineering services as they pertain to energy solutions. Since then, the company has enjoyed a loyal client following, and a consistent A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. The company has enjoyed being involved in several firsts for the State of Maryland, and Montgomery County, MD, to include a leadership role in the state and county’s first completed C-PACE project.
Since 2013, newer legislation and incentive programs have introduced far more energy-related opportunities for commercial property owners, with several incentives offering a cost-effective or low-cost solution. We have responded to these opportunities by obtaining additional licenses and certifications for our staff, enabling us to offer turn-key energy solutions that include solar panel design and installation, Near-Zero and Net-Zero benchmarking, and program oversight and performance for the various state and county C-PACE (Commercial-Property Assessed Energy) programs. We have established deeper service provider alliances and have developed strong partnerships with several banking establishments geared towards energy project related loans.
At this time, we believe there is value in introducing Real Property & Energy Solutions, LLC, an affiliate company to Recurrent Innovative Solutions, to reflect this expansive growth and to focus on the opportunities that exist in the growing solar segment of the commercial real estate industry.
